Beechwood Hospitality Expands Management of Marriott & Hilton Hotels

Beechwood Hospitality, a leading Southeastern hotel management company, announced today the addition of three select-service Marriott hotels
to its portfolio of third-party management contracts. Organized to support the needs of institutional and individual investors, Beechwood Hospitality has managed a variety of Marriott products over the years since opening a Courtyard by Marriott in Jacksonville, FL in 1996.

The expanding portfolio of Beechwood Hospitality-managed hotels will include Towneplace Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites hotels in Tallahassee, FL and Mobile, AL. “Beechwood Hospitality has experience in both of these markets with long-standing partners looking to place their employees and customers in Beechwood Hospitality-managed product,” stated Micajah Sturdivant, President of Beechwood Hospitality. The management company has managed Hilton, IHG and independently flagged hotels in both communities.

All three hotels are currently undergoing renovations. With experience in rallying the on- property team to continue operations around a construction project, the operations, sales and marketing teams at Beechwood Hospitality believe they can deliver on the needs of the hotels’ ownership, Edgewater Group, LLC.
